Customer Service/Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Assisting Clients with questions or concerns and filing claims.
Processing Certificates and Evidences of Insurance.
Enter and update client information into Database.
Complete various types of applications.
Process online rating with several carriers.
Submitting new business and renewals to other carriers.
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
Identifying potential gaps in coverage.
Presenting quotes and renewals to clients.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements:
Previous Insurance experience.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
California DOI License (not required but ideal).
Computer literate and comfortable with WORD, Excel, and Adobe.
Applied EPIC, AMS 360 or similar agency management experience.
Clear oral and written communication skills.
Well Organized with attention to detail.
Property and Casualty License.
Product Knowledge.
