Customer Service/Call Center Representative

2 months (contract)

Monday – Friday $14.80 / hr.



Specific Duties

  • Outbound calling to colleges to gather/verify information on college department chairs/other personnel and pertinent information
  • Must be comfortable with outbound calling
  • Outbound calling to county, state and regional centers.
  • Able to ask probing questions to get the information needed, professional mannerism, and a command of the English language.


Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • They should be comfortable doing outbound calling, articulate, able to ask probing questions, professional mannerism and command of the English language
