One of our newest clients in downtown Vancouver is seeking a Customer Service/Office Admin.  This client performs trade networking and solutions for facilitating trade and business development across the globe in almost every industry.

 

Duties:

  • Customer service
  • Billing
  • Scheduling domestic shipments
  • General office duties – must be proficient in MS Office – testing will be administered

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Prior experience with domestic shipping (UPS/FedX)
  • Strong data entry/typing skills

Additional information:

Hours/Days: M-F – 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: $16/hour

Must consent to a background and drug screen
