Adecco is currently assisting their client with a contract Customer Service Representative role in North Smithfield, RI. Please note: this role is within a warehouse environment. Please pay attention to the requirements below:

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensures delivery of excellent customer service by accurately processing orders, communicating, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. This position assists with the installation and fabrication process. The CSR will build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service that will assist in increasing customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high customer service levels as the first point of customer contact

• Manage customer relationships face to face, by phone, or electronically

• Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share

• Responsible for updating customer information in the system and any supplier nets

• Schedule installations with customers and follow up after install completion

• Coordinate installation of all segments

• Organize Spiff Program

• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• High School diploma/GED required, Associate’s Degree in Business is a plus

Skills:

• Customer oriented

• Stone industry experience or knowledge preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web based programs

• Integrity

• Organization

• Results oriented

• Detail oriented

• Ability to multitask
