Customer Software Technical Support

Working as a Customer-Software Technical Support Agent for Adecco's cleint in Downtown Boise-parking provided, you will earn $16.00 and receive a weekly pay check. The Customer-Software Technical Support Agent is a full time, temp to hire position.

As a Customer-Software Technical Support Agent you will be capturing customer technical inquiries via phone calls, chat messages and emails from prospective and current customers (patients and their support persons and healthcare professionals). Responsible for determining the level of complexity of each contact with the goal of achieving the highest initial resolution.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

* Clear communication skills to impart product information over the telephone, chat and email to patients/health care support.

* Able to react to changing situations in a timely, calm, and confident manner.

* Solid understanding of web-based software and the ability to troubleshoot browser and network specific issues.

* Organization is key

 

These Customer-Software Technical Support Agent positions require an Associates or Bachelor's degress to qualify. Training is provided for 10 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to earn $16.00 while gaining valuable experience that you can add to your resume.

 

Qualifications for a Customer-Software Technical Support Agent include

* At least 1 year of experience

* MINIMUM of an Associates degree or higher

* Previous experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network connectivity issues preferred!!

* IT certifications such as CompTIA, A+ and/or Network+, Security+, MCDST, and MCITP preferred
