Our client is looking to hire a Customer Specialist to coordinate customer site visits for company representatives to complete risk analysis. This will include communicating with customers and company representatives by phone and email as well as using calendaring and mapping software.


Some things you’ll be doing:


  • Maintaining spreadsheet of individual preferences and in-process scheduling information
  • Informing agents of confirmed appointments and determine need for additional information
  • Proposing alternative schedules and reschedules appointments as necessary
  • Providing policyholders and agents with reminders about upcoming appointments


What we’re looking for:


  • Experience communicating with customers by phone and email
  • 1-3 years of administrative or clerical support experience
  • Demonstrate proper grammer and spelling
  • Ability to manage schedules of multiple representatives
  • Interested in working in a fun team environment


This position offers daytime hours Monday through Friday, downtown location and parking provided.
