Customer Support Agent

Responsibilities for Customer Support Agent jobs include:

  • Resolve complex issues related to shareholder’s accounts and transactions
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service
  • Build shareholder confidence with each interaction
  • Create brand ambassadors for our client and their clients
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in areas related to shareholder inquiries in order to efficiently resolve shareholder issues
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years previous experience
  • Strong ability to use technology – dual monitors, navigate multiple screens
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Confident, friendly phone skills
  • Read and comprehend scripting in a clear manner
  • The starting pay rate for Customer Support Agent jobs is $14.00-17.00/hr.
