Customer Support Agent

Adecco is seeking Customer Support Agent at a local client in College Station for a short-term project. Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environment is beneficial, but not required for these positions. These are entry level opportunities. Responsibilities for Customer Support Agent jobs include:

  • Responding to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
  • Gathering information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Implementing coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • If Entry Level: (Customer Support Agent jobs are entry level and do not require any previous experience.)
  • Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person
  • Ability to type 25 WPM
  • Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED), and be 18 years or older
The starting pay rate for Customer Support Agent jobs is $15.00-17.00/hr.
We have openings on multiple shifts. AM shift 10-4 and a PM arriving between 5-6 and leaving at 10 M-Thurs and Saturday 11-5
