Customer Support Associate

Adecco is assisting a new local client recruiting for Customer Support candidates located in Downtown St. Petersburg FL! These are PERMANENT- DIRECT HIRE opportunities with great benefits.

The Customer Support roles require candidates to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, work with customers to resolve inquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance to customers using live chat and email. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Customer Support position include but are not limited to:

  • Experience working in a customer environment that provides live chat and email correspondence.
  • Excellent customer service skills – great listening, responsiveness, excellent follow-through and able to identify further client escalation as needed.
  • Some experience with software testing, root cause identification and issue documentation a plus.
  • Understanding of email systems, filtering, spam, and mail integration.
  • Basic understanding of databases such as CRM tools, Salesforce or Zoho a huge plus.
  • Must have excellent written communication skills, good grammar and be able to compose a proper email.


Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Support opportunities:

  • Looking for a technically savvy, customer service orientated self-starter
  • Able to be a critical thinker and take ownership of their job responsibilities
  • Must have a 4-year college degree
