Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a Direct Hire Customer Support Manager Job in Salt Lake City, UT for our client, a unique company in the vending services industry launching a new product and service line nationwide. The Customer Support Manager is the main point of contact for customers. You will work closely with the sales team to create positive ongoing relationships with customers to help them have the best experience possible. This role responds directly to customer inquiries, maintains the customer database, assists with payment and delivery issues, and resolves any concerns customers may have. Our client seeks candidates with a minimum of 4 years experience in a professional environment and 2 years experience in a customer service roll.

Responsibilities for the Customer Support Manager Job in Salt Lake City, UT include:

Handle customer inquiries/concerns via phone, email, and/or written communication.
Resolve customer concerns with an up-beat and willing attitude.
Maintain client database (SalesForce).
Address all customer inquiries with the belief that there are no stupid questions.
Problem solving through research and resourcefulness.
Provide the best customer experience possible.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years experience in a professional environment and 2 years experience in a customer service roll.
High School Diploma or higher.
Experience working with and maintaining a database in SalesForce or other CRM.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT).
