Customer Support Representative

Adecco is ramping up for a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative in Rapid City, SD. Responsibilities for the Customer Support Representative include:

• Schedule deliveries for consumers and resolve related problems
• Handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of scheduling, questions or concerns
• Manage data entry and accurately inputting consumer information
• Possess positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Support department associates in all aspects of the delivery process
• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
• Research and analyze data in a reasonable amount of time
• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
• Provide consumer assistants with resolution of problems
• Sell and promote new upcoming offers and products




  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
  • Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment



Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm for 3-4 weeks. Scheduled shifts vary between department hours Monday-Friday 6am to 8pm, with every other Saturday 6am to 5pm. Pay for this position is $13.00/hr.
