Minimum Qualifications:
�2-5 years of customer service call center experience, utility industry experience a plus
�High School diploma or equivalent
�Ability to read and interpret documented policies and procedures
�Ability to type 35+ WPM
�Ability to navigate multiple complex computer applications
�Ability to perform simple calculations, gather and analyze information skillfully, identify and solve problems in a timely manner
�Excellent written and verbal communication skills; grammar, spelling, voice, diction, etc.
�Demonstrates consistent achievement of accountability, productivity and other required metrics.
�Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities of the business.

Shift: 8am-5pm
