Job Characteristics: Fast paced and Variety of Activities Focus DecisionMaking Communication and Collaboration Delegation and Leadership Style Minimum Qualifications: 25 years of customer service call center experience, utility industry experience a plus High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret documented policies and procedures Ability to type 35+ WPM Ability to navigate multiple complex computer applications Ability to perform simple calculations, gather and analyze information skillfully, identify and solve problems in a timely manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills; grammar, spelling, voice, diction, etc. Demonstrates consistent achievement of accountability, productivity and other required metrics. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities of the business.
