We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! Candidate should possess strong computer, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to problem solve and work independently. You will work directly with our customers and clients and our internal team to ensure that all customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
• Work directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face to place orders, answer questions, address complaints, or shipping and return issues.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Manage customers' accounts.
• Manage customer administration including coordinating with factories on delivery needs, managing delivery schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Required Qualifications
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize necessary deadlines.
• Well organized self-starter.
• Highly detail oriented with a passion for accuracy.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and sales systems.
• Strong problem solving skills, solid knowledge of general accounting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create, manipulate and understand Microsoft Excel spreadsheets required.
• Previous sales and/or customer service skills required.
