POSITION DETAILS:

8hr shifts (between 8am-10pm, should be flexible to work within this time frame)
Excellent customer service skills and background
Call center environment; call center experience is a plus
STRONG communication skills
Looking for strong commitment to the position & completion of project
Responsible for answering telephone inquiries & promoting client products & services
Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
