Position Details

Position: Customer Support/Workforce Management

Location: Dublin, OH

Duration: 5 Months

Compensation: $30 -35 /hour


Description of Work:
• Initiate workforce optimization recommendations based on data analysis
• Manage real-time and future schedule updates
• Contributes to continuous process improvements
• Develop short term forecasts utilizing Verint Work Force Management
• Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed high profile position
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers
• Must have strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills for problem solving
• Experience with Call Center & Workforce Management fundamentals preferred
• Effective written and verbal presentation skills
