Adecco Staffing is currently helping a client in Sarasota fill a customer service position. Job duties: Efficiently manage each project from point-of-file transfer through installation completion - Educate the customer on what installations preparations are needed; ie.. permit, zoning requirements - Provide differentiated service based on specific customer profiles - Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs for all customer and installer communications and updates - Proactively communicate updates and needed information to ESG customers providing a superior customer experience - Respond to customer/installer inquiries via phone or email, maintain call log within CRM system - Be overly accommodating to customers with superior customer service and correspondence that exceeds expectations - Provide real-time updates to sales team members - Maintain a proactive positive customer service posture when engaging with all customers - Routinely interface with Epicor 9 for all purposes identified Experience Needed; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Previous experience with permitting and zoning Salesforce experience a plus Must have good data entry skills Previous Sales Experience Previous Customer Service. Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
