Customer Service Representatives are responsible for screening all incoming MSLA VA calls, as well as providing information to both Veterans and providers alike. Primary Responsibilities ; Communicate with Veterans, providers and the VA via inbound phone calls and secure messaging. Properly authenticate each caller before verifying or releasing any information. Explain the purpose of attending the Compensation & Pension exams, explain approximate time frames for returning reports to the VA and explain the process for travel reimbursement. Listen to Veterans comments, concerns and suggestions, relaying that information internally, while ensuring Veteran satisfaction.
