Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Ready Logistics’ Dealer Sales Analyst will support the Dealer Sales team with a strong analytic and problem solving ability. The Dealer Sales Analyst will analyze customer, product, system and transaction data and deliver insights and impact to the business in effort to reduce overall days to deliver of customer vehicles and increasing customer satisfaction. The sales Team Analyst will utilize system data and analytical techniques to identify areas of escalation, potential SLA risks and best practices. The Dealer Sales Analyst will communicate directly with the sales teams delivering account and program insight.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors system data and identify problematic areas
Surfaces limiters and removes obstacles in an effort to move work forward in a timely manner
Communicates with sales team management and other departments to resolve problems and expedite work
Generates simplified reporting that provides account visibility
Provides daily performance metrics and statistics
Generates opportunities for improvement through visibility, creativity and improvement
Produces innovative ideas and solutions for challenges and opportunities
Identifies ways to streamline and improve current and new work processes
Develops success measures and manages on-going support and refinement
Acts as a group liaison with other teams and departments
Assists with special projects as needed
ADHOC reporting

Skills and Experience Required:

High school diploma required
AA degree or higher desired
2-4 years analytical experience
Salesforce and AS400 experience
Ability to interpret and analyze contact center statistics and customer behaviors
Strong problem solving skills, resourceful and demonstrates effectiveness in making decisions
Skilled in formulating and delivering custom reports, improvement plans, business cases, executive updates, and employee communications
A strong desire to improve the internal and external customer experience
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
Self-motivated and driven individual
Experience working in the automotive industry +

Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
