POSITION: Data Management Analyst
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN
HOURS: 1st shift 8 hr. day & 40 hr. wks.; M - F
DURATION: 6 months (contract)
PAY: 14.60/hr.

Job Description
Looking for program coordinator support for invoice payments, data entry/asset management and work order auditing for our operations team.

Ideal candidate would have a customer service background with emphasis on superior phone/email communication skills and a high-level attention to detail. They would be responsible for entering EPA compliance information accurately and efficiently, collecting audit information, while also having the ability to follow-up regularly with service vendors and juggle multiple projects and deadlines at any given time.

Seeking a fast learner with ability to work independently and take the initiative to problem solve on their own.

Primary Functions:

Provides business process, system support and data quality governance for enterprise asset data through coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.

Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system.

Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes.

Identifies, reviews and evaluates master data management metrics.

Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise.

Provides training and support on master data process and refrigerant management software to service vendors and end users.

Processes invoices and permit fees for HVAC and Refrigeration units.
