Adecco is seeking Data and Business Analysts in the NJ/DE/NY area

These are W2 contract opportunities ( conversion or extension possible)


Data Analytics - these unique opportunities allowsthe individual to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that provides analytics and reporting to many lines of business.

This Reporting Analyst position is a unique role that supports continuous improvement in data analytics and reporting related activities to balance operational efficiencies with the employee experience.


The opportunity demands an enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent person with good analytical and technical skills to make the best use of the reporting tools.




Accountabilities will include the following:


Liaise with other business units acting as a subject matter expert on reporting and contact centre operations related initiatives
All reporting, analysis and supporting commentary is to be timely, accurate, professional, clearly written in the defined format and able to be understood by the business.
Prepare, maintain and issue instructions/procedures for report creation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management
Support various reporting issues/problems through practical problem solving
Ensure strong communication (oral/written) with the business in order to build relationships
Prepare, maintain and issue instructions/procedures concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management
Ability to define and extract data, and provide meaningful analytics for reports and business planning
Deliver effective and efficient solutions by identifying, researching and analyzing complex issues, testing possible solutions and making appropriate recommendations.
Support execution and implementation of data analytics and reporting recommendations and Phone Channel projects
Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends and software improvements/capabilities and provide regular updates to Management on identified opportunities
Support work packages for the Data Analytics & Reporting CoE that have a reporting optimization and efficiency focus
Provide timely responses to all requests consistently

Ideal candidates must have the following:


Strong working knowledge of SAS, MS SQL Server, Reporting Services and Visual Basic
Strong working knowledge of Tableau and other Data Visualization tools
Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong working knowledge of IEX, CUIC, VIM and MyScorecard
Knowledge of Phone Channel business and Shared Services environment
Ability to set priorities and re-prioritize, with a high tolerance for the pressure of constant change and stringent timelines
Practical problem solving abilities, organizational skills and attention to details
Proactively identifying opportunities and ability to implement solutions by addressing their root cause are a must
Self-motivated and can work independently
Strong tact, diplomacy and professionalism demonstrated in all interactions
Communicates in a professional manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport
Continuous development of skills by enhancing understanding, acquiring and applying new technical skills to daily work

Required:


College Degree with 2-3 years experience
MS SQL Server, Reporting Services and Visual Basic - 2-3 yrs
Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access – 2 -3 yrs
MS SQL, Visual Studios, Excel, Access tools already possessed with extensive working knowledge
Working knowledge of Applications such as SalesForce, Ovation and Fidelity
Data Analytics & Reporting CoE -2-3 yrs
Passion for Numbers

Preferred:


Tableau and other Data Visualization tools
IEX, CUIC, VIM and MyScorecard
