Data and Contracts Coordinator

Adecco Creative and Marketing is currently assisting an American multinational publishing & education client in their search for an experienced Data & Contracts Coordinator in Manhattan. This position is a ongoing, long-term temporary opportunity.

The Data and Contracts Coordinator will support the Data and Contracts Manager in the creation, management, and maintenance of product development and contractual data as it relates to business needs and corporate systems. Coordinator will work with Manager and all Education Group departments to ensure accurate and consistent data and reporting from all relevant systems and processes.   • Bill of Material setup and tracking
  • Contract creation and tracking
  • Product royalty setup
  • Product development budget tracking


Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience with data management and tracking
  • Experience working with budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High energy, positive and stabilizing attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with data management systems
