Pay Rate: $22.90 per hour / Adecco W2
Hours: Mon- Fri 8:30- 5:00

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Major in Supply Chain Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or related field (or related experience) a plus

Position Summary
Position Summary: This role will focus on all facets of pharmaceutical inventory returns and support for our Rx Returns Team as we strive to meet our business objectives of decreasing pharmaceutical waste & returns. This position may be a good fit for you if: You enjoy reviewing data; can take data and with little instruction and find areas of opportunity to decrease the frequency of pharmaceutical products expiring on our shelves. Have intermediate Excel skills and are highly analytical. Understanding inventory movement comes naturally to you. Like working in an agile environment with fast changing priorities. You are a natural problem solver who likes to work in a team environment. Take pride in presenting your work and look forward to conveying analysis findings to leadership.

Duties
Duties: • Identify data necessary to answer question posed. • Work with Analyst to pull the necessary data you wish to review. • Take compiled data, review, and articulate findings. • Use findings to suggest actions which will reduce returns. • Convey strong argument for how, why, and when actions will reduce returns.
Experience

Experience: • Demonstrated ability and flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Effective analytical skills using various tools including Excel. • VLookups, IF, aggregate functions, Pivot Tables. • Consistent history of using data to inform business strategy. • SQL coding experience a plus.
