Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Specific Duties:

ASIN Tracking
Opening Assignments to Ad Ops (F&B, Trafficking) & QA and then owning / being accountable for any QA of this work
Opening screenshot requests to Ad Ops
Completing viewability package screenshots (Not supported by Ad Ops and in certain instances CCMs are mocking them up)
Screenshot decks
Checking Actualized IO matches actualized spend for RIO submissions
Adding Prisma IDs into internal comments fields in Rodeo to help make Billing mapping to Agency IO mapping easier
Opening Assignments to Ad Ops for Blacklist/Whitelist optimization updates. (i.e. adding blacklist domains/apps to already existing orders)
Linking Rodeo orders, adding placement names and ASINs to Rodeo orders, and downloading ASIN lists
Implementation of all IDs in to platform that uploads internal campaign IDs
Paste individual IDs into individual boxes (similar to a Google form)
Gets uploaded on the back-end and then Millward Brown / Amazon match the IDs
DAR reports
QA tags as they come in from agency to make sure they are right format and sizes
Special Projects – (i.e. assistance updating Advertiser Creative and Copy workbook)



Must Have:

High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), excellent data-entry skills and attention to detail
Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in ambiguous environment
Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
Self-starter and self-learner with unwavering positive attitude
Experience with MS Office



Preferred Skills:

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies
Experience with Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce


Pay Rate: $15.00hr - $16.90hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: 40hr per week / no OT
