Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

This team is responsible for project compliance for .com content. The team works with legal ops team to develop a Salesforce application to track compliance initiatives. When product compliance issues arise, the team will track it all in one centralized location. At this point, the workflow is stored in various Word documents and Excel files which is making it hard to track. This person will be responsible for bringing all the information to one centralized location. The information that lives in the Word and Excel files will need to be manually input into correct fields in the application. There are currently 200 documents that need to be documented.

Must Have:

High school diploma or GED or higher
Data entry experience
Proficient typing skills
Strong Mathematical background
Mastery in MS Word and Excel
Demonstrated effective time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive and enthusiastic work ethic

Preferred Skills:

Experienced user of Salesforce applications
Organized and meets project deadlines

Pay Rate: $14.00hr - $16.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
