Data Entry / Clerical

Adecco is assisting a reputable, nationwide organization with their need to fill an Data Entry / Clerical position in Hutchinson, KS on a temporary basis. 

The selected candidate will provide daily administrative support and problem-solving assistance to management and/or staff.


  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner for department.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Coordinate routine matters, conference calls, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the department.
  • Provide backup to other administrative support.
  • Process invoices and maintain records for budget tracking.
  • Track departmental expenses and maintain expense records.
  • Run and distribute reports as needed.
  • Maintain department time (e.g. vacation, schedules, and other paid time off.)
  • Maintain department compliance on initiatives as appropriate.
  • Assist in the coordination of department activities as needed.


Education/ Skillset Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Must be organized and detail orientated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
  • Able to handle routine tasks and resolve issues with a high level of independence and initiative.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • 1 year in a secretarial/administrative support role.
  • Corporate office administrative assistant experience.


Other Information:

  • $10.50/hr
  • 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Offers flexible schedule between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm
