Specific Duties:
1. Organize paper medical records by item type
2. Scan into appropriate computer record files as directed.
3. Document name and DOB of patient for chart cataloging
4. Full ability to alphabetize and follow directions.
5. Ability to file papers in chart in appropriate area.

Shift: 8-5 Monday-Friday


Pay: $11/hr

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High School Diploma or GED from accredited school.
