Data Entry Clerk - Intermediate

.Process consumer and client requests within the standard timeline and accuracy metrics.
• Partner with other departments to resolve consumer and client requests, timely and accurately.
• Answer questions and resolve issues for consumer and clients timely and accurately.
• Update and maintain accurate status logs as needed for consumer and client requests.
• Utilize and follow P&P’s on a daily basis to complete work.
• Respond to work direction from outside the team and follow through on requests in a timely manner.
• Share information across team members to increase overall team knowledge and understanding of concepts, and to ensure consistent application.
• Utilize standard templates to ensure consistency when responding to requests.
• Apply knowledge/skills to operational transactional activities.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively identifies solutions.
• Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies new solutions to problems.
• Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives.

Must have qualifications/experience:


Interpersonal Skills - ability to deal and work with people with different backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term internal business relationships.

• Decision-Making Skills - capable of arriving at the appropriate decisions after weighing the pros and cons of all the options.

• Communication Skills - excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition be a good listener to give value to the opinion and suggestion of others.

• Problem Solving - Solution Driven Approach Skills - demonstrate ability to review problem, troubleshoot root cause issues and determine path to resolution.

• Able to work effectively in a changing environment, contribute innovative ideas

• Excellent time management and organizational skills balancing multiple priorities

• Self-starter, able to independently drive work

Shift Start/End Time:

8 am - 5 pm CST (may vary based on business needs)
