Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk III
Shift: Mon-Fri, 9AM to 5PM
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $13.25/hr.


Prepare data for Machine leaning training by reviewing historical client emails and determining if prior classification type (client reason for email contact) assigned to email is clearly understandable from reading from the text of the email
Ability to segment clearly understandable emails from questionable emails
Tagging data elements within emails by highlighting the text using software designed to extract the data
Must have the following skills:
- Efficient English reading
- Ability to determine intent of client contacts
- Ability to associate client intent to prescribed categories
- Time and task management
- Adaptability to learn new tasks
- Basic Banking acumen
