POSITION: Coordinator- Mid (Data Entry Clerk)
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN
HOURS: 1st shift 8hr. days; 40 hr. wks.; M - F
DURATION: 12 months (contract)
PAY: $16.36/hr.

Job Description

Position responsibilities will be specific to department

Assisting with administrative tasks and projects •Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures and provide analytical skills to position.

Worker receives and reads customer order to identify items to be approved and verifies budget availability.

Reviews work orders in accordance with specifications on order form.

Enters information into computer database and verifies and keeps records.

Ensure asset procedures are done accurately, timely and efficiently while providing excellent client service.

Identifies problems and gaps and recommends solutions for compliance to internal partners.

Complies with Corporate Policy and Procedures and acts in a manner consistent with values and ethical standards.

Other responsibilities consist of, but not limited to: all transactional aspects of the properties process which includes proposal reviews, work order changes, work order acknowledgements, documenting processes, vendor management, and resolving invoice issues.


Strong system skills & an ability to quickly learn new computer applications •Excellent attention to detail and good follow-up skills

Speed and efficiency

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational ability including planning and priority setting

Flexibility and Initiative Ability (and desire) to work in an extremely fast-paced department

Ability to multi-task (given instructions and when under pressure to meet deadlines)

Intermediate computer skills -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Advanced data entry skills and computer proficiency preferred.

Role will support Material Handling, Food Production, and Interactives
