Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local legal firm in recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Rapid City, SD. In this job the Data Entry Clerk will assist lawyers and customers in updating legal documents, insurance forms, company databases, and meet company deadlines. Responsibilities for this Data Entry role include:

  • Research legal documents through different forms of technology
  • Prepare, proof, and file various documents for customers
  • Contact customers to obtain information and provide direct support to customers while documenting all correspondence
  • High amounts of data entry and typing
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience required
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Strong abilities in Data Entry and Typing is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
  •  

    Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with occasional overtime.

     

    Pay for this position is $15.00-16.00/hour
