Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Data Entry Clerk jobs in Raynham, MA.These Data Entry Clerk jobs are long-term temporary opportunities!

Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring reliable transactions and data are entered in the customer service management platform
• Interpret and understand customer transactions before entering the data into propritary databases.
• Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues
• Identify and recommend merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback
• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company

Candidates are recommended to have the following qualifications for Data Entry Clerk jobs:
• Excellent customer service skills with calm, friendly telephone demeanor
• Ability to calmly and clearly communicate with customers and other call center representatives
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Must have 1 to 2 year experience in customer service, retail, or call center environment
• Must have High School Diploma/GED.

The training schedule for this position will be 8am – 4:30pm once training is complete the schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 12:30 – 9 PM
