Job summary:
Specific Duties:
The Provider Installation Rep is responsible for various activities related to the Provider Network database which may include any or all of the following:

Update Behavioral Health Provider Data in various downstream systems.
Manage Assigned Inventory Queues.
Follow-up to ensure provider records fed to the downstream systems.
Ensure Quality, Production, Customer Performance Guarantees are being met.


The Provider Data Specialist is responsible for various activities related to the provider network database which may include any or all of the following: database maintenance, reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses. Provider Data Specialists develop and maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance, coordinate corrective activities to clean database and retain users, and manage communication processes with other departments regarding database improvements. Other responsibilities include conducting audits and providing feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance, maintaining current provider data to ensure the quality of the network.

Provider Data Specialists are responsible for maintaining standards for productivity and quality assurance, and managing the communication processes with other departments regarding database updates.

Other responsibilities include investigating problems and providing feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance, maintaining current provider data to ensure the quality of the network.

The Provider Data Specialist is responsible for various activities related to the provider network database which include the following:
• Apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day.
• Require little assistance with standard and non-standard requests.
• Solve routine problems on own.
• Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems.
• Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
• Work with others as part of a team.
• Provider data entry
• Data maintenance and verification
• Data integrity and quality assurance
Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Basic level (or higher) of proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Preferred Skills:
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Behavioral Health terminology preferred.
• 1+ year experience in the healthcare industry.
