Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Data Entry Clerk - Senior position in Eden Prairie, MN This is a long term opportunity for the right person. The purpose of this position is to process requests for data by adding and correcting entries into a specific database or computer application. Responsibilities may include the following: Keeping track of received data and source documents. Compiling, sorting, interpreting and verifying data to be entered. Contacting supervisor or clinical team to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. Enters alphabetic, numeric data for source documents into a computer following the format displayed on the screen. May review error reports and enter corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquires regarding entered data. Manage administrative intake of members or the admission/discharge information post notification. Work with the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers. Processing incoming and outgoing prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles.


Specific Duties:
1. Record work received and work completed in department Access database
2. Read and follow a Visio workflow
3. Enter clinical assessment into a variety of proprietary clinical platforms
4. Work with protected health information
5. Make scripted outbound telephone calls to members

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High attention to detail
2. Ability to switch between several computer platforms
3. Able to work independently and as a member of a team
4. Compassion for the needs of members served

Shift Start/End Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Dress Code: Business Casual

Requested pay to contractors is $15/hr


Qualifications include:
The ability to perform the tasks as described
Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical school with courses in accounting, finance or business highly desirable.
Computer proficiency with experience in Excel and Word required.
Excellent written/verbal communication and phone skills
