This is a 3+ Month W2 contract opportunity! Possible Extension. Possible Conversion.

 

Role: Data Entry Clerk

Rotational Schedule:   You MUST be able to commit to this schedule!

Monday - off
Tuesday - 10:30 am -7:00 pm
Wednesday - 10:30 am -7:00 pm
Thursday - 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday - 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday - 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday - off
Overtime or weekends required: OT offered

 

Pay Rate: $ 16.50 per hour

W2 Contract 3 months Possible Extension. Possible Conversion.

Location: Mount Laurel NJ

 

Main function of a data entry specialist is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data. A data entry specialist is responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management. Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners
  • Tagging documents and creating closing documents
  •  Keeping track of a log for this process
  • Will be working on excel and adobe on a daily basis and keeping a log of documentation
  •  Strictly data entry
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
     

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 1-2+ yrs Data Entry exp.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Flexible to changing needs of the dept.
  • Able to work in a fast- paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years related experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Completion of speed and accuracy data entry assessment may be required.
  • Aptitude and Ability to learn
