Data Entry

  • Receive, acknowledge & input customer orders
  • Review orders for accuracy of pricing, terms, etc.
  • Create Spreadsheets accurately with sales and shipping information
  • Invoice customers as needed
  • Customer Service

  • Answers all incoming calls in a professional manner and transfer them to the appropriate person.
  • Greets and assists all persons visiting the office in a professional and courteous manner, routes them to the appropriate person.
  • Sorts, distributes and sends incoming and outgoing mail, and faxes.
  • Provides administrative support to sales associates and management team members.
  • Monitors and orders office supplies as appropriate. Monitors the maintenance needs of office equipment (photocopier, postage machine, etc.).
  • Adds/maintains information to contact lists.
  • Top Candidates will also have:

  • HS diploma with data entry and office environment experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail Oriented and organization a must
  • Background in Manufacturing is a plus
