Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                  3+ months

Shift/Hours:          8A – 5P

Pay:                         $25.00 per hour / Adecco W2


Responsibilities for this Data Entry Analyst  job include, but are not limited to:


The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for the efficient and effective creation and updating of customer accounts; in accordance to divisional policies and standardized input guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality of customer master files. Updating accounts will require learning and understanding of our database structure to enable adding or deleting special codes to customer accounts, identifying and purging duplicate accounts through custom programs, and updating incorrect formatting. The person is this role is responsible for reviewing and formatting incoming data accordingly to database standards. Once clean, the candidate codes the file and sends it through an auto processor. Training is provided on industry standards and how to code the data accordingly.

• Researches customers and prospects prior to entering new leads into database.

• Determines quality of lead and verifies not duplicating data.

• Codes leads with marketing information.

• Verifies account alignments, performs account research.

• Reviews completed projects for accuracy and completeness.

• Reviews potential duplicate accounts through custom program.

• Utilizes available tools and resources to manage workload and complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly duties on time.


Qualifications for this Data Entry Analyst  job:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Must be able to make sound judgment decisions and be capable of working independently.

• Strong analytical skills with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

• Must be self-motivated and committed to data integrity.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required

• Two years of database experience required. This should include data entry and review in various databases

• Bachelor's degree with business, business information emphasis, or a related field preferred
