Adecco is hiring! We are currently searching for a Data Entry and Sales Order Processor to support a busy team in Mt. Gilead, NC. This is a long-term position and pays $12.50/hr. Below are the job qualifications:

  • Data entry of sales orders and documentation.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete per standard policies and procedures.
  • Review all orders and enter assigned order (s)in appropriate systems and update records as appropriate.
  • Answer telephones, handle calls, route to the appropriate individual or take a message.
  • Data entry of account executive sales information into Docuware.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, graphs and presentations using software.
  • Coordinates supply & brochure orders and sales paperwork training for the branch.
  • Ensures each new rep gets a paperwork training book.
  • Ensures that customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years in a combination of the following areas; Customer Service, Order Support and Billing.
  • Leasing administration a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills plus demonstrated experience communicating with customers.
  • Must have the ability to follow processes/policies and understand the impact that actions have on other parts of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Must have ability to work overtime if required.
