Data Entry Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Data Entry role in Plano, TX. Candidates must be local to Plano or within a reasonable commuting distance. This is a contract role. We are only considering candidates that meet the qualifications listed below.

  • We are seeking candidates that are open to contract employment (possibility of extension) with a great client
  • Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / NO corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only
  • Must be able to successfully complete a full background check, drug screen, employment verification, educational verification and reference checks required upon any offer

Summary:
The Data Entry professional will handle a high volume of administrative processing into company software with a great deal of quality and accuracy. The Data Entry professional will provide top tier customer communications while providing effective and efficient service. The Data Entry professional is entrusted with accessing and maintaining relevant employee/company data in the client's system. They handle sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis. The role requires a focus on execution and efficiency by continually exploring opportunities to improve process, maximize efficiencies and reduce costs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•Associate’s degree preferred.
•At least two years of data entry experience within a professional environment.
•Customer focused with ability to demonstrate patience and willingness to assist; follows through on commitments and treats all with courtesy and sensitivity.
•Previous PeopleSoft Data Entry experience ideal
•Attention to detail, demonstrates sound judgment in handling complex and confidential information.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Must have the ability to handle various employee issues in a confidential and sensitive manner.
•Excellent administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills.
•Must be attentive to details.
•Process driven and solution oriented.
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing multiple tasks.
•Must be able to work flexible and additional hours as necessary.
•Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
•Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of employees.

Pay: Market Rate/Competitive

Shift Start/End Time: 10:00am to 6:30pm.
