A Data Entry position in Rancho Bernardo, CA is available courtesy of Adecco Medical and Science. For this role you will need excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be responsible for performing new customer verification processes, but may support other new account setup activities.

Sales Support Administrative Support Responsibilities include:

New customer set-up/paperwork follow-up.

Perform customer verification steps including, but not limited to NPI, OIG, PECOS and/or CLIA. Primary verification methods used will be database and internet research. Training will be provided.
May process new client paperwork and contracts with accuracy, communicating with various departments, proactively engage with field sales representatives and client if there are any issues with the onboarding process.
May perform outbound verification and welcome calls

Ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are adhered to always
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned


High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Healthcare/biotech and/or medical billing setting highly preferred.
Previous experience using a CRM solution and/or database preferred


$12.00 -$14.00 based on experience
