Pay Rate: $13.00-$14.00/hour based on experience

Order Entry Specialist responsibilities include:
- Print and prioritize all incoming faxes/emails, Process all standard orders, Interface with customers, account specialists, and other departments regarding order entry requirements and filing.Reporting using  Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, excellent communication skills, ability to enter a large number of order lines with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
- Preferred AS400, ERP, and Outlook and customer service exp.
- Other duties as necessary

- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years experience
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- 10 Key Intermediate Excel Skills
-SAP experience a plus


Candidates will be required to test for Alphanumeric D/E.
