Data Entry Specialist (Quick Books)

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Data Entry Specialist (Quick Books) job in Delaware Ohio.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. As a Data Entry Specialist (Quick Books) you will be responsible for Data Entry into Quickbooks and Light Accpounting.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Utilize QuickBooks to record and reconcile expenses;
Fulfill check requests;
Complete timely data entry of expenses into law firm management software system;
Run various reports financial and otherwise;
Edit/prep invoices for billing to clearly illustrate work performed;
Maintain integrity and adherence to company policies, practices, and procedures; and
Making routine trips to the bank, post office, and other offices/businesses as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
QuickBooks efficiency (1+ years¿ experience)
Acute attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and stay organized
Keep detailed records
Reliable transportation
