Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk in York, PA. This is for a temporary opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Data Entry / Order Entry Specialist you will be responsible for managing information by entering customer and dealer orders for the Product Service Department. The ideal candidate is computer literate, able to focus for long periods of time, works well under pressure and performs job duties at a quick pace. Responsibilities for this Data Entry Clerk job include:

• Enters and maintains customer and dealer orders into computer database.
• Confirms billing and reviews for errors.
• Contacts dealers on PO orders issues, follow up with customers on order status.
• Process domestic credits and debits.
• Interface in a professional manner with all team members and other departments.
• Provide back up for Customer Service Area as needed.
• Good Organizational skills required.


Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalency diploma
• 1 year of Data Entry or Order entry experience
• Must be able to type at least 45 wpm with 95% accuracy
• Data Entry keystrokes minimum of 10,000
