Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Reviewing production sheets, inventory reports, and logging purchasing needs - prioritized by dates needed.
  • Planning reoccurring orders with vendors
  • Issuing purchase orders to existing vendors
  • Sourcing, and negotiating pricing to receive the best cost possible when a new component or vendor is used
  • Following up with vendors, tracking critical POs and communicating ETA’s to production team
  • Generating master inventory lists in excel, and executing on any inventory shortages
  • Organizing and filing vendor invoices and packing lists
  • Preparing and approving invoices for accounting team to process

 

Requirements:

  • Detail orientated personality (this is the most important requirement)
  • Comfortable negotiating with vendors 
  • Experience with Microsoft office
  • Experience with quickbooks
  • Organized and Appreciates Neatness in their work

 

***Willing to train, looking for someone with STRONG attention to detail and motivation to learn***

 

Vietnamese bi-lingual preferred
