Job Title: Data Integrity Associate
Location: Richmond, VA, 23233
Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour / Adecco W2

Position Summary
Processes requests from the field to add or update data elements pertaining customer’s request in multiple systems. Researches and verifies data to substantiate request validity. Maintains data file in terms of integrity. Responsible for manual data entry. Recommends corrective actions and may recommend enhancements to improve data integrity. Working closely with Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure we receive the proper documentation and ensuring the correct processes and procedures are being followed. Responsible for assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Demonstrates the ability to take the lead on specific tasks and may be held responsible for some aspect of their operation. Exhibits exceptional knowledge of subject area and is often looked at as a resource throughout the company in regards to master data elements. Work together as a team to improve our processes to better serve our customers. Ability to multitask, adapt to change that can often occur, ability to retain information pertaining to customer requirements. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications


Advanced knowledge of: Excel, Word, Access
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation/computer skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to collaborate and work within a team
Results oriented; effective as both a team member and independent worker with strong attention to detail
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with deliverables completed on time
