Do you consider yourself a Microsoft Excel master?  Maybe a data management guru? Adecco needs you!  We are staffing for a large insurance company off of 360 Loop and need people ASAP.  This position will be starting in the next week and will go through August—possibly longer depending on work volume.  Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience and starts at $15/hr.


  • Transcribe and organize data (PDFs, emails, Word documents, etc) into a structured format
  • Create and manage summary reports
  • Create and manage pivot tables
  • Heavy Excel usage, must be comfortable navigating through Excel with ease


  • Exceptional data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Expertise with PC software (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc)
  • Understanding of basic math
  • Ability to multi-task (this is a fast paced environment but high level of accuracy is needed)
  • At least 3 years in a role that highlights these skills
