Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

We are the Global Markets (GM) and Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) Chief Data Office and are responsible for data governance and data quality and controls vertically across the GM division and horizontally across various departments for the IHC.

As part of our multi-year data strategy, we are looking to establish a clear set of measurement criteria to measure progress as we implement our strategy. KPI/KRIs and metrics supporting these measurement criteria need to be clearly defined. A process needs to be established and operationalized to collect and validate these data metrics.

The Metrics BA will be part of the Metrics team and prepare the metrics dashboard every month. Metrics are a key component of our data strategy, providing high visibility to senior leads and management across the IHC.

Candidates are expected to meet aggressive deadlines and be able to multi task working with multiple teams to obtain right set of metrics on a recurring basis. They should also be able to think outside the box to help define clear measurement criteria along with defining and implementing efficient ways of collecting associated metrics.

Key responsibilities are:
- Define KPIs/KRIs and supporting metrics to measure
- Collect and standardize data metrics on a monthly basis across all the functional flows impacting the IHC and GM
- Create the consolidated metrics dashboard (along with a consolidated RAG) on a monthly basis and present to the GM/IHC DMC
- Coordinate with functional flow owners to determine overall RAG and monthly narrative
- Analyze trends and guide remediation actions for newly prioritized issues in alignment with Data remediation management
