DDG Sr. Account Coordinator role require candidates to:

  • Provide day to day support to the Customer with laser focus on excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.  Communication and reports will center on order management and deliveries.
  • Work with Lead Project Manager and Lead AC to learn and master assigned area of project.
  • Learn and master the basic administration of account as assigned.
  • Attend daily and weekly internal calls/meetings with a prepared list of any issues or questions.
  • Supply the Customer with regular account statuses, such as any source issues and/or delays with Priority orders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate, schedule, and push adjacent workflows along.
  • Clearly communicate expected delivery dates for titles/assets, via entry of ordered titles into internal systems, and Email/verbal communication for special cases and exceptions.
  • Daily identification of title/assets which are late or at risk of missing targeted completion dates. Proactive escalation of these issues to the Lead Project Manager and Account Team, while monitoring the resolution/delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure on time delivery of all Customer orders. Learn and excel at proper flagging and escalation of all issues.
  • Notification to the internal stakeholders and leveraging of Lead Project Manager to confirm proper process for client workflow changes or exception management. Responsible for effective communication of issues or changes quickly to supervisors and senior management.
  • Work with Operations to ensure they have all assets required to process an order.
  • Learn and master process for requesting missing asset required to fulfill an order.
  • Learn and master process for managing urgent or high-profile orders with Production.
  • Learn and master process for escalating if any order is in jeopardy for being fulfilled on time.
  • Coordinate and monitor all physical asset acquisition with Content Provider and third-party contacts.  Work with Lead Project Manager for best practices.
  • Work with Account Coordinator team to track daily incoming assets, ensure these are scheduled for receipt, and administrative details are accurate in respective systems.
  • Monitor submitted orders for bugs or inaccuracies and resolve swiftly. Monitor due dates to ensure properly prioritized and managed with Operations.
  • Be prepared to offer daily and weekly updates to ensure continual flow of orders for maximum flow of all work order steps and through all departments.
  • Actively seek out and practice transparency, coupled with independent thinking and excellent self-management. Learn and master the ability to stop and document as needed.


Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for DDG Sr. Account Coordinator role:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of orders without error
  • Strong critical thinking and self-management skills, complementing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to manage workflows in multiple locations across multiple time zones.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently within Account and Facility processes.
  • Proven ability to implement processes from the ground up to support an evolving business need.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Proven ability to identify the correct problem and solve it.
  • Must be able to effectively document all discussions and exception management for team visibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities is a must.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to listen and engage different cultures and perspectives.
  • Positive, service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to learn and process information quickly is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as required
