Deduction Administrator

Responsibilities:
To prepare the reconciliation of customer disputes related to errors in shipping, damaged products, carrier related claims with direct supervision and approval by management. Communicate both internally and externally to expedite the resolution process and achieve customer satisfaction .

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of analytical work, preferably previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Low-medium level of account reconciliation and/or experience with domestic/international transportation carriers
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to communicate both orally and written effectively to obtain information and/or documents to resolve customer issues
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from manager, team members and customers
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to decisions based on  practical business sense
  • Must have prior experience within an SAP environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Get Paid, Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people. Contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork
