Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for a Demand Generation Manager

 

Position Summary
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating demand generation campaign planning, execution and performance reporting for one or more strategic business units by employing the right mix of inbound and outbound, account-based and paid media strategies to optimize lead-to-opportunity deal funnel and drive pipeline. The successful candidate has proven leadership expertise, particularly in partnering with strategic marketing and sales functions, to advise, develop and ensure alignment on demand generation campaign strategy, execution and key KPIs. The candidate will have a strong project management orientation and be agile in coordinating cross-functional delivery and support of campaign elements such as marketing services for content and creative, marketing technology/analytics and the digital center of excellence. 

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with strategic marketing on the strategic development of demand generating campaigns in support marketing plans. 
• Lead the execution and measurement of demand generation campaigns that drive sales funnel results as defined by the business unit
• Continue to evolve the demand generation campaign planning and execution framework and processes to operationalize best practices and optimize campaign performance 
• Create, execute and report on targeted demand generation campaigns, including ongoing nurture campaigns that drive qualified leads for tele-prospecting follow-up.
• Partner with the strategic marketing and marketing services teams and/or agencies to develop engaging and targeted content and creative for campaign tactics such as emails, landing pages, web, social, etc.
• Strategically develop, deploy and optimize paid search, retargeting, paid display and social promotion initiatives to drive conversions and overall campaign performance.
• Serve as liaison to peers in marketing operations organization to ensure integration and alignment of campaign initiatives across marketing automation and analytics as well as digital marketing strategy.
• Measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals for effectiveness and prepare and present results and insights to strategic marketing and other business stakeholders.

Qualifications
• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience 
• 8+ years experience in marketing
• 5+ years in B2B marketing role with recent experience in demand generation campaign development, deployment and measurement. 
• 3-5+ years marketing project management experience 
• Direct experience and functional understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools employed in the creation, activation and measurement of demand generation campaigns, including but not limited to these or similar programs: Salesforce.com, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

Work Schedule
8:00am-5:00pm, M-F 

Pay rate $60.00+/hr. DOE

Starting 5/21/2018 - 12+ months duration
